Arriving into GVA Terminal 1 On your arrival into GVA, please follow the map below. You should exit into the SWISS side of the airport and turn left as you leave baggage reclaim (staying inside the building). After around 50m walk is the UBS cash point area on the left - your driver or airport rep will meet you here. Arriving into Geneva Terminal 2 / Charter You will be met at the exit doors of Terminal 2 after baggage reclaim (this is mainly for Jet2 flights arriving at the weekend in the winter season) Transfers from Geneva City Your driver will meet you at the specified address. Please make sure this has vehicle access. Departure from your resort You will receive an SMS message the day before travel. The vehicle will arrive within a 15 minute window, at the address specified on the booking. If you need to change the pick up address, or have a question about the collection time please call 0033970468877 (09:00 – 18:00) or 0033611356777 if an emergency. Delayed/Missed flights To minimise the effect on other passengers, please inform us if the flight is delayed by more than 15 minutes. If a flight is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible, and we may be able to make further travel arrangements for you. If you miss a flight and subsequent transfer, a new booking will have to be made.
