Shared transfers

Information on our Premium Shared Transfers:

As this is a Premium Shared transfer service, there will be no more than 3 other groups of passengers to pick-up or drop-off. Available to Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz only. Available for flights arriving and departing between 09.00 and 20.00. On arrival, you will be scheduled to travel with other passengers arriving within 60 minutes of you (90 minutes in summer). If you arrive at Terminal 2 (Jet 2 at the weekend during winter), you will need to walk to Terminal 1 to meet your driver. This is a door to door service where the accommodation is accessible. To Avoriaz, it will be to Avoriaz reception centre and from there you will need to make your own arrangements to get to your accommodation. If you miss your transfer (due to flight delays, passport control delays, baggage delays or any other reason), your driver may leave without you to avoid delays for other passengers. In this case, we will move you to a later transfer at no extra charge - this may involve an extended wait. If your delay takes you outside of shared transfer hours, you will be asked to pay the difference in cost between the shared transfer already paid and the cost of a private transfer. If your flight is cancelled and moved to another day, you will need to book a new transfer and no refund will be made for the existing booking. If we have to move your transfer to one of our partner companies, their terms and conditions regarding waiting times and drop-offs will apply. On your return to the airport, we will send you an SMS with your collection time by 17.00 the day before you travel. Collection will be 3-5 hours before you flight departs depending on expected weather, road conditions and scheduling requirements. For Avoriaz, the collection time is the time we will meet you at the reception centre. In expected extreme weather, we may allow additional time. If you have not met your driver within 5 minutes of your return collection time, we reserve the right to cancel your transfer and no refund will be made.
